Le Figaro : Open letter to Mr. François Hollande , the President of the Republic

"Reforming without harming the poor households" : the President of the National Chamber of Bailiffs sent an open letter to the President of the Republic in response to his announcement on the implementation of a reform of regulated professions .
Patrick Sannino advises the opening of a broad consultation with the profession so as not to weaken the principle of equal access to justice. For the president of the National Chamber, the first drafts of the reform of the profession of bailiff does not imply  any increase in purchasing power for the moment and would enlarge the gap between the wealthiest and most vulnerable households.
