Back on the First meetings Franco-Chinese

Tuesday, June 3 were held at the headquarters of the National Chamber of Bailiffs the first meetings Franco-Chinese around the theme "The bailiff, a trusted partner for Chinese companies."

This morning exchanges, co-organized by the National Chamber of Bailiffs (CNHJ) and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), was attended by representatives of thirty Chinese companies from different sectors, established in France and adherent of the Association of Chinese Enterprises in France (AECF). The event took place in the context of strengthening the Franco-Chinese Economic Partnership, particularly strong in 2014 on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the recognition by France of the People's Republic of China.

The various topics covered enabled a concrete and detailed presentation of the expertise of judicial officers in report, service, commercial leases or amicable and legal recovery.

The debates that have followed have confirmed the strong interest of Chinese entrepreneurs for a profession that does not exist as such in China. They were able to better understand the skill set that can mobilize bailiffs serving companies to ensure legal certainty and economic development.
