Bailiffs call on the President of the Republic during a visit to Reunion Island

On the occasion of his visit to the Reunion Island, the President of the Republic was questioned by the community of bailiffs of the Islands of Reunion and Mayotte. Since Mr. Montebourg announcements for regulated professions, bailiffs are concerned about the total lack of consultation on the draft law on "growth and purchasing power," and the deregulation of the profession whose first victims are the litigants.

It is in this context that a letter was sent to the President of the Republic by Stéphane Selier, delegate of the National Chamber of Bailiffs on behalf of Patrick Sannino, President of the National Chamber. At the same time, the letter was forwarded to the Presidency of the Republic in Paris.
