YOUR CASE
You have received a text or voice message on your mobile phone and you want to record evidence of having received it and of its contents.
YOUR SOLUTION
Contact a bailiff. Go to his or her office with your mobile phone and any other documentary evidence of the registered ownership of the telephone line so that the bailiff can draft a statement of fact relating to the messages.
Voice messages are not necessarily kept indefinitely on your mobile phone, therefore it is prudent to act quickly.
The bailiff will certify the time that the message was received and will ensure that an accurate transcript of the message is prepared in order to preserve the evidence.
In the case of a voice message the bailiff can make a recording of it which he or she will annex to the certified report of the statement of facts.
